Return transport and problems

Our team arranges the return route and pays eligible return postage, including ordinary change-of-mind returns and goods that are damaged, defective, missing or wrong. Write first for the prepaid label or approved instructions. Order details and relevant photographs help us investigate product problems. Refunds and amendments

Receipt and inspection of an authorized return come before repayment. Once approved, its refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, with possible extra posting time at the bank.
