Dispatch and estimated arrival

The estimated timeline has two parts: 1–2 business days for order preparation and 4–6 business days of transit after dispatch. Weekends and US federal holidays are not included in either period. These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and delivery support

Look in the order email inbox for shipment tracking once your parcel has left. If you entered an address incorrectly, report it straight away; changes after shipping may not be possible. Our team reviews delays, losses, damage and delivery to the wrong address with the carrier using your order reference, tracking details and any useful photos.

Delivery area and charges

We do not offer delivery outside the United States. Within the US, the Standard Shipping charge is zero for all orders, irrespective of their value. Accurate address information, including unit numbers where relevant, is required.
